What makes this different
Psychiatric care that has room to be thorough, and that works in concert with the people already supporting you.
Longer visits
Appointments run longer than the standard fifteen-minute med check. There is time to look at sleep, self care, nutrition, physical activity, and the support systems around you, not only the prescription.
Collaborative by design
Most people come to us already working with a therapist. We coordinate closely with them, and with the rest of your team, so nothing falls between providers and everyone is treating you as one person.
Shared decisions
No two people are alike and no two treatment plans are identical. We work from evidence-based guidelines while accounting for your preferences and circumstances. Decisions are made with you, not for you.
Working alongside your therapist
Most of our referrals come from therapists, and that is how we prefer to work. If you already have a therapist, keep them. We handle the psychiatric side and stay in contact with them, so your care is coordinated rather than split into pieces that never talk to each other.
Because visits are longer, they go beyond a medication review. Beyond prescribing, we draw on mindfulness techniques, Internal Family Systems, and CBT principles within the visit, and make lifestyle recommendations where they help. That work supports the therapy you are already doing; it does not replace it.

What to expect
01
Intake — 75 minutes
Your full history, not just the presenting problem: sleep, relationships, body, what you’ve tried before and what it did and didn’t do.
02
Follow-ups
Thirty minutes or longer, based on what is going on. We meet as often as we need to in order to get you feeling well as soon as possible.
03
Ongoing care
As things settle, visits space out. We keep attending to the whole picture and stay in touch with the rest of your care team.

Questions
All FAQ →It means I take seriously the things mainstream psychiatry sometimes treats as secondary — sleep, nutrition, nervous system regulation, relational patterns, somatic experience. It doesn't mean I'm anti-medication. It means medication is one tool among several, and we pick what fits.
It depends on what we're working on. For integrative psychiatry, we usually meet monthly at first, then space out as things stabilize. Early in treatment, more frequent contact helps us adjust quickly.
Yes. I can work as your prescriber while you see a separate therapist, though I also offer therapy within the practice. If you have an existing therapist you love, I'm happy to collaborate with them.
That's a completely valid starting point. We'll talk through what you're dealing with and what approaches fit your situation and your goals. Medication is sometimes the right tool; sometimes it isn't.
