What this site collects

This marketing website does not collect personal health information. The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, and a brief message. The waitlist form collects your name, email address, phone number, service of interest, and preferred contact method. The text messaging opt-in page collects your name, mobile number, and whether you consent to administrative text messages. Please do not include health details in website forms or text messages.

How information is used

Information submitted through the contact and waitlist forms is sent to Sasha Bergeron, LLC at info@meadowlightpsych.com and used to respond to your inquiry or waitlist request. If you opt in to text messages, your name, mobile number, and consent record are used to send administrative messages about appointment reminders, scheduling, and billing. Health details are never sent by text.

Sharing

Contact and waitlist information is not sold or used for marketing. Website and email service providers may process information only as needed to operate these services. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all of the sharing categories above and will never be shared with any third party.
